Bhoomi Mattresses - Material not replaced

We have purchased new mattress from one of dealer of Bhoomi Mattresses. They have given us warranty of ** years on product. When we used the mattress got uncomfortable within two months only. We have been contacted to dealer to replace it. He told us to contact to bhoomi Mattresses directly as per his words. Bhoomi Mattresses will change the product to customers directly. When I have contact to bhoomi Mattresses so one person came to check the mattress. He told us that within ** days we will change it. Now it's been * months i am following them regularly but now they are not responding and not pickup the calls even
