Mitsubishi Electric India Private Limited - Material not recieved and commissioning pending

Hello sir /madam
I am from Bathinda , Punjab. I have placed an order for VRF Mitsubishi Electric in **** for my house , ** hp.
I have got the purchase order from , Mr. Manish , in Bathinda. I am dealing with Mr. Ajaypreet Singh , Mitsubishi employee from Ludhiana.
My indoor units * number are installed , i have made the payment of Rs. ******/- .
I am requesting the dealer Mr.Manish for last * months to supply the grills of my house which are to be fixed in down sealing . But he is not responding.
About one month back i recieved a phone call from Mr. Ajaypreet , he said that i should place the order for outdoor unit . I immediately asked for the detail of bank account for transfer of pending amount. He said the dealer Mr. Manish will give the details of bank account. When Mr. Manish was contacted, he responded in very ridiculous manner saying either you talk to Mitsubishi person or talk to me . Then he said the pending commissioning work is to be completed by Mitsubishi not me , which was beyond my understanding. When Mr Ajaypreet from Mitsubishi was contacted , he said pending commissioning work is to be completed by dealer .
My house is ready , only POP work , paint work of the area where VRF grills are to be done is pending .
Because of this non completion of work , my paint contractor , electrician and POP contractor said that he can complete the work .
I m in depression , because of this all.
I have spent Rs . * crore on my house and not able to complete it because of above said problem.
I m in stress because of loan and other investments which i have made but not able to complete my house .
I am on medical leave from my office from last one month because of the two person i mentioned above .
If anything happens to my health then Mitsubishi Electric company, Mr. Ajaypreet Singh , Mr Manish ( the dealer ) shall be Directly responsible .
I don't understand , if i am asking the bank details to transfer the money to buy outdoor unit and to complete the commissioning of my house then why these two persons are creating the problem.
I have sent e mails , whatsapp messages and audio calls to both of them , many times , but no response . I have record of all the communication i made with these two persons .
Now please guide me , what to do ? Should I go to consumer court, or to the police or any other alternative is there ?
My doctor said the stress is affecting my health badly .
