I booked my consignment from Jaipur to Hyderabad.Jaipur staff Ashok singh committed to reach consignment till * Dec., accordingly I booked my family flight ticket for *th dec.,now they are saying it will reach on **th and Jaipur staff is not picking my call.Very poor response and very irresponsible behaviour.how would my family survive without home material.
