With reference to quotation No *** dated **/**/**** from MAA Nagnechiya Developers Company, we have open Purchase order No EC-******* dated **/**/**** for * Feet length Die casting Iron Pole along with ** Watt lamp post fitting – Quantity – ** Nos.
As per PO term Company supposed to dispatch the material immediately through road transport after receipt of Advance payment. Accordingly we have done **% of Basic Amount ***** through NEFT UTR no VSBL*********** dated **/**/****.
As on today dated **/**/**** we have not received any material OR Transport receipt, also we have not received any response and reply from Company side on our rigorous follow up on WhatsApp chat, Our Point of Contact is Mukesh Sharma - **********
