Navata transport - Material Breakage due to irresponsible handling

Luggage shifting from Bangalore-Hanamkonda

We have house luggage shifting deal with Navata Transport at Owner's risk agreement.

I understand owner's risk is a negligible defects/breakage on articles..
but after delivery i found almost all my plastic, Glass and other thin plate articles(costs around *K) as pieces(all got broken), due to irresponsible packing and handling during luggage loading/unloading.


I didnot expect such a worst delivery from Navata(as it has good name)

I can provide you even the photos once you reach me out for resolution.

I request for a refund for breakage of my articles at least.
