Dream 11 - Match as been abandoned but amount is credited or refunded to wallet i e cash bonus what is this

I had joined contest yesterday and one day back too but the match been Abandoned because of that my entire deposite was transfered or refunded to cash bonus, Moreover it as restrictions in entry and will expire in ** days how to use that further there are no matches because of corna virus i suffering from this loss i need it to be credited to my bank account.
