Master Recharge - Master Recharge is a fraud company

I activated my account with *** rs and Avinash from master recharge(Phone number: ********** previous phone number: **********, mail id: **masterrecharge@gmail.com) started giving demo. Yes one thing: He signed a registration form with some objectionable terms and conditions as like legal cases will be handled in MP Ratlam court, user all amount non refundable or non transferable etc, which that time i didn't think of much, he sent me that after taking **k amount. Also took a kyc video stating that i will abide by all the guidelines and agree to all the coniditions etc. Then he told me to add ****+ Rs. into wallet to give demo of all the services, many services were not working including many glitches or he might have turned off the features. I have put **k. Proper commission wasn't coming he set it taking my permission and kyc. Then i found many glitches, many options are not working. when called and messaged him, he talked to me rudely after many attempts. Where as at the time of sales he used to call and message me repeatedly. Then somehow recharge option was working but he didn't activate other options. Neither could i transfer that **k amount. Now, i tried electricity bill payment, but it's showing insufficient balance. the amount was **** and my wallet balance is **k. So, again any glitch or he turned off that option. It's been a month and situation hasn't improved. Almost i have lost any hope but today i found you guys. The amount is very imp for me. I am an intern who runs own family and giving exams. I don't have enough to support my family. I had to borrow **k from someone, and I owe him. Please help me if you can. I would be be forever obliged and benefitted. If you help me, i would voluntarily help you for your causes but please do me this favor which i think i deserve.
