Fisheshop Aqua Private Limited - Massive Online Fraud run by fishshop com

I ordered an ornamental fish from fisheshop.com on the **nd of September ****. I got a response that I will get the delivery in a couple of days. Time goes by and I hear nothing. I keep reaching out to them but I get no response.
On **th Sept I am informed that the stock is not available, and they would give me another fish. For which I agreed because at this point I need something to justify the money paid. Today is **th and I have nothing. I did some research about the company and found I am not the first one who has fell victim to this fraud. For someone from the tech space, it's more than the loss of money I feel stupid and feel ashamed that I lost money in a scam.
