On **th August ****, we purchased a new vehicle from Valliyur Aadhi Cars Private Limited (Maruti Suzuki Commercial). Upon delivery, I noticed that the odometer reading was ***.* km, which was unexpected for a brand-new vehicle. I immediately contacted the sales representative, but the explanation provided was unclear.
Additionally, I recently observed issues with the paint quality, and I have attached a photo for your review. This has raised concerns regarding the overall quality checks being followed, as I expected a brand-new vehicle in pristine condition.
I kindly request your team to:
Thoroughly review the matter and investigate why the vehicle has recorded such mileage before delivery.
Examine the paint quality issue and ensure proper corrective actions are taken.
Provide a resolution, ideally by ensuring I receive a vehicle that meets Maruti Suzuki’s quality standards.
