We came all the way from Bangalore to Chennai to witness the AR Rahman concert but all it happened was chaos.
We were not given any seats to sit though we booked platinum tickets.
It was a completely bad experience and with no guidance from management. As already we have spent a lot of money when the first planned event was cancelled due to rain and at that time also no refund was provided. Then we came again to chennai, booked hotels, struggled in traffic to reach the venue only to witness suffocation, stampede and chaos.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
