MarQ Water Purifier - Marq water purifier not working

Dear, Sir / Madam

Please note that I purchased a Marq water purifier from Flipkart on ** June **** ( Order ID - OD******************).
The water purifier stopped working so raised a complaint on ** Oct ****.
The technician visited the site on next day, and after checking he told us the problem with SMPS and the motor.
The technician didn't have the part available with him so he left the site saying that he would come again when the part was available with him.
After inquiring, a few days later, he said that part had not come to him and told us to contact customer care for the same.
Customer care is telling to pay for the spare parts though it's under warranty.
The product is still under warranty and the technician left the site with the machine in open condition.
Flipkart is not helping at all to sort out this matter.
