Baba Saheb Ambedkar Open University - Marksheet not received

I've appeared for all the practical examination still organization is denying for the same, as they doesn't have my signature in their attendance book, and informed me to appear again.
Infact in the marksheet and while paying fees for new academic year the same was not reflecting as pendency.
As i was not having any other option so I've paid application for re-apperance, but now they are saying that there is no update regarding examination.
Now i need to further admission in Master's but due to such poor management i am unable to and my entire year would be wasted.
Also, Director of Baba Saheb Ambedkar University has kept false allegation on me that i am lying that too on documented email.
How someone can keep such allegation on reputed citizen.
