Ordered on ** Mar, ****, after waiting for around ** minutes to get my order, I got a notification that the Order has been delivered. When I called the delivery person, his phone number was on switched off mode. I tried many times for a few minutes, but the number remains on switched off mode. After that, I moved to chat support where I chatted for around * hours just trying to explain the case with so many customer agents, but they all looked like "Zombies" to me, they kept repeating the same line. I told them I have a CCTV camera in my building that's proof that no one came to my house & no one called/contacted me. He just marked my order delivered & committed fraud with me.
That was my first ever order from Zepto.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
