Dell Inspiron 2 inn 1 - Manufacturing Design Defect of Laptops

We at *Mation Technologies India Pvt Ltd. had purchased Dell **** and Dell **** Inspirion Laptops around ** Nos. The Laptop model is such that the screen touch the base and gets struck over the period of time hinges come out thus breaking the screen. Now the Dell representatives are not taking responsibility for that. Mentioning its out of warranty and come done anything. We could have agreed for that but this is the problem with the design of the laptop. No matter how much ever effort you make to use the laptop carefully in the normal day to day work the screen will get struck at the base and leads to breaking of the screen. Now we have around ** laptops broken and Dell is not taking responsibility for that. Need a help here.
