I Sandeep Kadam Resident of Karanje Peth Satara purchase mobile Nokia *.* from Balaji Mobile Satara on **/**/**** at time of buying mobile I found it tampered and unpack I ask sales representative to give me another mobile but he said this is not unpack, after purchasing Mobile I reach my home and testing the mobile I found some noise coming from it , I immediately call to sale representative and told about the problem, he ask me to come tomorrow as the shop closed.
I am chasing Balaji Mobile Store Satara and Nokia care center Satara from day * for replacement of the mobile as it carries manufacturing detects. But they are not helping with the solution for the same.
At the same time Balaji Mobile Store and Nokia care center Satara they agreed that mobile is having manufacturing defects.
