I have recently purchased a Renault Kwid in Kangra from Maharaja Pvt Cars Ltd in Feb ****.
Since, beginning I have been facing certain issues with respect acceleration lag, hand break and heating of engine. I got it checked at service station in Kangra in August they said that their are no such problems.
On ** Nov **** CHECK ENGINE light problem occurred for which I sent the vehicle to repair centre. I checked for this issue online and it's a manufacturing defect and repair centre is again saying that their are no issues and as they have scanned the vehicle properly. How is it possible?
Also, the Maharaja Cars Pvt Company Kangra(Renault Franchisee owner) who have sold this car to us are unresponsive and have moved out from Kangra without informing any customer. So, who are these guys at their repair centre in Kangra who have checked my vehicle?
Even the Renault customer care is saying that this dealer(Maharaja Cars Pvt Company Kangra- Renault Franchisee owner)code is closed.
Kindly assist me in resolving my issue at the earliest please.
