Thomson TV - Manufacturing defect

I have ordered on Flipkart they installation is not it was crossed more than **days after delivery.I didn't recieved any installation and the return policy and installation is cancelled.So, I gave open the TV box. Then I got to know the tv which is set by Thomson is defect that's why they didn't came to installation and responding
