JAWA YEZDI - Manufacturer Defect in Engine YEZDI ADVENTURE

Awaiting Second Service Date As Issued by the Jawa Showroom :

The Bike has currently covered *,*** kilometers.

As I'm Currently using my bike in Chennai, I felt some sound in the bike engine on **-**-****.So i took the bike to the nearest Authorized service center which is JMB Jawa Service center and replied that the engine oil is very less in which the bike only drove for ****kms after the Engine oil has been replaced and a huge sound from the engine and suggested by the Authorized service center to change the engine oil which reduces the noise and will take ** days to rectify the problem and needed request to raise to the Yezdi for claiming for warranty before opening the bike and i am not really interested to open the engine right after *months of the purchase and it clearly shows that its a "Manufacturer Defect" from the Yezdi which really Makes me feel uncomfortable from the Legendary Yezdi Service. And I'm not willing to take the bike once right after the Engine has been open.
I Clearly took the Yezdi Adventure As it stands for its performance and comfort in which i really find it uncomfortable and difficult in getting service and also the Poor Performance and an exchange will be appreciated from the company as its been so difficult to enjoy the rides for a long term with the defective piece and cannot assure that the problem will be solved in any other way as its with the engine( Main Core for PERFORMANCE )

I HAVE ALL MY DOCUMENTS OF THE BIKE PURCHASE AND THE *ST SERVICING AND *ND SERVICING TIME AND THE PROBLEM ARISED.
