Powermax Fitness - Manufactur not properly of powermax treadmill machine

I complaint on dated ** January of powermax customer service that my machine is not working again and again stop powermax customer service sended * technician and come my home and checked of treadmill machine open * parts of machine and cary with him on February and not came at present,my machine all is open above * month. I complaint again and again powermax customer service but not help me and i also compaint in Flipkart customer support before *,* days they said me my problem will be solve upto * rd march other wise this product powermax treadmill machine return and refund my money please
