Manipal Hospital - Management Staff Members GDA Staff are Non Trained and They are not helpful to patients Attendant

Management Staff like Billing, Discharge Summary, ICU Discharge Incharge, GDA's are not at all trained. My Grnadmaa is admitted to MHJ for * day's and after * days for every test every work I have to struggle with the team & after complaining about them to our Doctor they helped us to get our work done.
Staff mentally harsh the patient & family, not at all coperative. Very Rude and Un Trained Staff.

I visited first time & I will make sure to never visit again and will make sure to raise a compliant against them via social campaign.
