Voltas Paul Co - Malpractice in Voltas AC Installation

I bought a Voltas AC online from Amazon, and connected an authorized Voltas dealer for installation. Paul and Co, Auth Service Partner - Belgharia, Kolkata - ******,
Technician has not done a good job on fitting - few of the issues
*. Put Outdoor unit improper way where it has place for * units
*. The pipeline was wrong hole and done some unnecessary bending and extra piping
*. Overall look and feel after installation was pathetic.
I have contacted them again as we were not present during all the time as we have not moved to the new home yet, but they refused to do it for free and also they want me to full installation + pipes + fittings etc. again where we have already paid ****/- Bill # *****.
I request you to look into the issue and help me to fix without any further expenses and I have a great trust on the brand and these dealers are ruining it.
