NEHA VELISELA filed complaint against Microsoft on Mar 1, 2018
i bought microsoft surface pro * last year in the month of April from reliance digital store in banjara hills,road no -** , Hyderabad, telangana. i flee down to Italy the next day i bought the product, after coming to italy i opened the box, the product is malfunctioned,over heating and touch problem etc... , the gadget was totally damaged, soon i contacted microsoft customer support asking for a replacement ...they told me to send the product to germany , in few days i will receive a new product. the second time i received was an used and repaired piece from germany. this is just ridiculous and cheated with me....the company has not at all taken any responsibility and i again report the problem to microsoft team ...they told me to contact local store where i bought the product from, which is in india,,the reliance digital store..i contacted them ..they again say me the same process that is, to courier the product and give an repaired piece ...i was literally fed up with these things and all my works are in pending ,as i am a student in italy ,,i have lots of projects to do and study and many things etc....wasting all my time ..no proper response....making my friends to roam here and there...making me to roam here and there...wasting all my time and made me irritated......in spite of spending such a huge amount on the product i received a malfunctioned product and damaged piece and so again for the second time too.....its been an year now...the product is roaming all over the world, still i do not have my product with me....its been an year...i am trying to contact reliance store sales man but he is not responding and they say that they do not have a policy of giving new piece...what the hell is this? is this the way they grab money from the customers? spending that huge amount ,they give me an used and repaired piece...and they are not responsible for it? what is this? this is a way of cheating customers on the products and grabbing money from the customers and it is unbearable situation ....soon i have to solve this and such companies should not be encouraged in the society....
i demand to return back the whole amount ****** and wasting my whole year. i fine on them to pay me back ****** rupees more on for playing with my career and wasting all my time the whole year and what is the thing is still the product is not with me since the beginning its been roaming all over for replacements....
i want them to take the product and pay back the product amount ****** + pay extra amount ****** for playing with my career and wasting my lot of time and taking me to such loss in italy.
they have to pay the whole product amount and compensation amount i demand..
no one is responding.
i request voxya to resolve the issue as soon as possible as it is already too late and wasted my time and career.
and i have all the proofs of these companies chats .
please make them to pay me
******+****** for my career loss.
