Agoda com - Making transaction from my credit card without my permission

I had a booking at Acons Palm Beach, Alibaugh from **th Dec to **th Dec. Due to some problems, my plan got cancelled and it became a no show. I had expected the hotel to cancel my booking from its side or at least send me a notification. Agoda deducted ***** from my credit card on **nd Dec without my permission and did not even inform me about that. I had no idea that I have been already be charged for the cancelled trip because that property could be booked without paying anything, given that one provides his/her card detail. When I had booked the hotel, I did not have to pay for it. Agoda, using my credit card details, paid the hotel by itself, without even taking my permission. This is an assault o my privacy and a gross offence from Agoda and I want my refund from it.
