Makemytirp - MakeMyTrip not replying

I booked ticket from Blr to Amd for *nd July, ****. The flight was cancelled by airlines SpiceJet, but I did not get the refund yet for same. I connect with SpiceJet and I was told that the amount has been added in Credit shell which can be used on booking from MMT. But I did not see the option to book using credit shell on MMT. When asked they said it is blocked from SpiceJet. but SpiceJet shows the credit amount against the PNR. it is not reflected in MMT.
