Pankaj Aggarwal - Makemytrip not refunding the amount besides receiving the same from Airlines

I had booked flight tickets through Makemytrip for the month of April ****. Due to lockdown the flights got cancelled and hence our trip also got cancelled. In August I approached the Indigo Airlines for a refund which they amicably agreed to issue in form of part cash refund and part credit shell. The same was processed from Indigo Airlines to Makemytrip on **th August ****. Since then I have written several emails and complaint forms on Makemytrip website, but they do not respond to any communications. The customer support page is now smartly converted to an auto chatbot which has answer to nothing. The customer support telephone lines are also pre-recorded and you have no option to speak to any makemytrip executive. I don't know how to approach them and get this resolved.
