Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited - MAKE INSURANCE WITHOUT MY INFORMATION

This is to inform you that,My vehicle CG**KH**** has Financed from Shriram Transport company.On **/**/**** shriram Transport company has insured my Vehicle of Rs.*****/- without my information.After done that insurance one of their employee had sent me the soft copy of Insurance,and informed me by call they we have done your vehicle CG**KH**** insurance .I had informed them too that i wont take this insurance from your company right now,then they tell that you can give us other company insurance to cancel Shriram Insurance.
In that pendemic situation i had no any financial situation to pay for my vehicle insurance.my vehicle was running in School and in this pendemic situation all the school had closed .
Now they have added that Insurance amount Rs.*****/- in Loan .
Today when i go to the Shriram office for cancellation of that insurance.they told me that they will not cancel that insurance and it will be added in loan a/c.
