I am filled details on website of Reliance Finance Limited on Saturday **th Jul **** then received whatsapp mesage from their site from number "**********" & completed all activities whatever told by them.
*st they asking for processing fee Rs.*,*** (refundable) and after paying by this we will receive loan within ** minutes. So I was paid this charges on suggested their account number;
Account Holder - Reliance Finance Limited
Account No. - ***********
IFSC Code - SBIN*******
But I was not received loan amount Rs.* lakh in my account, received one more message from their site.
Due to your loan amount high please process Rs.**,*** security charges as per RBI guidelines. You will receive Rs.*,**,*** in your account within ** minutes.
I was asking them I want to talk with you, but they denied & cleared 'due to lock down only possible whatsapp chat'. I have no route so once again I was paid Rs.**,***/-
As soon as I was paid Rs.**,*** received one more message from their site "Your Loan approved by RFL" please process Legal Letter charges Rs.**,***. This time I denied him & told him please cancel my loan & refund my money.
Still as on time not received any reply from their site.
