Hi Team,
I had ordered one jacket from Sassafras's own website and that jacket is not a good fit so I had tried contacting for return as per the process mentioned in website. But, the mail is not getting delivered and because of which my return is not possible.
My complain is why the company is using a fake mail ID for return policy or for contact purpose, because of which return is not possible.
