Mahavitran Maharashtra State Electricity Board - Mahavitraan harassing consumers using their monopoly power

We had filed a comlaint over ten times high biling than usual for the lockdown period of the months April-June ****. The higher authority had taken up our complaint and was in progress under investigation. We also complained to the Sector **-** Vashi area office of Mahavitraan but they simply harass the consumers. They throw deaf ears to complaints and without any office order and without any authority they "disconnected the light". Due to their monopoly in the electricity sector we were forced to pay the bill of Rs***** to get back the electricity. We need strict action against the employees who ill treat the customers and also a refund for the excess billing done to us at the earliest.
