Petsutra - Maggots filled Dog food package sent

I have been in war with petsutra.com and royal canin workers, they are unbelievably irrational. They expect me a regular customer who has paid the order number:- ************ in full and in advance for an order of Royal Canin Beagle **kg bag that was not inspected by them and due to their negligence in quality and safety of the product they sent are blaming me and holding responsible for not keeping the maggots infected food bag in my apartment where small kids and my pup live. Throwing the bag was the only resort that was available to me. I have taken photos in this regard and even after verifying them they denied to help me in this matter. I have paid a total of Rs.**** and that has ended in the dump. They also claimed that they will not help me in this matter whatsoever. I have never been treated this bad and they are a bad influence on me for purchasing the product again in the near future.
