I subscribed to Magazine in Dec **** but never got it delivered till April end. I contacted customer care for a refund and they have been stalling me since last one month that will be processing refund and I will get my refund. Every time I follow up to check refund status they say that they will process refund today and should be available in the next ** days. But it's been a month now and has not been able to get any resolution.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
