Shadessltd - Made payment and did not receive anything

I placed my order on an Instagram page named shadessltd which is a clothing page . I made the payment on ** July and it was supposed to get delivered to me on ** July , So I texted them and asked about the tracking id and they told me to wait and then did not see either of my messages it’s been * days that I’ve been texting them . They are replying to new messages to other people to scam them too and not replying to the ones who have already paid them !!!!
