Huma Engineering Works - Machine has not been delivered

I ordered a shrink wrapping machine from Huma Engineering Works on **.**.**** after the telephonic discussion with Mr. Prithipal Singh. And paid for the same through NEFT transfer with sum of Rs. **,***/- to two accounts as provided by the person Mr. Prithipal Singh.I still not have received delivery of the machine and the person is not picking up my call.Therefore i required full amount of refund as soon as possible.
