Luminous Solar power - Luminous Solar company vendor not installing the Solar setup properly

Got cheated by this vendor of luminous solar - Lucky electricals and electronics (RC Reddy Colony, Ramachandra Puram, Hyderabad, Telangana ******) . They forced me to pay the entire amount of *.** Lakhs for the Luminous solar package for * KW on the *st of Nov **** and they promised to complete the entire installations including the fixing of the panels with the GI stand . The owner Rajashekar just brought the package and temporarily fixed it and the solar panels are now lying on the ground . He has not delivered the GI stands and daily we are calling him but just giving false reasons . I would have got the same configuration at much less price online rather than purchasing from this cheater . If they are not willing to install the panels properly then I want to return the product back and they must return all my amount back that I paid.
