Luminous - Luminous not providing services for UPS issues
Santosh Nelgi filed complaint against Luminous on May 10, 2020
My luminous inverter is not working since last week of April, I have made all attempts to complain over email, whatsapp, customer care, and direct calls to execs (Complaining from **th April) but no convincing response from Luminous and still my issue is not resolved, it's becoming hard me to work from home with power disruptions.
