Despite the promised delivery time passing long ago, I have neither received my parcel nor any updates. I had emailed you earlier as well, but there has been absolutely no response from your team. This reflects highly unprofessional behavior and a clear "deficiency in service."
Please consider this email as my final warning. If I do not get a proper status update and my parcel is not delivered within the next ** hours, I will be forced to file a formal case against Hans Travels in the Consumer Court and register a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) for harassment, mental agony, and financial loss.
