LT Online Store Mumbai - LT Online Store is Not Taking Back the Consignment

Dear Team,
I ordered Amazon Fire TV Stick Streaming Media Player with Remote through LT Online Store Mumbai on March **, ****. There was no communication from their side in spite of me writing emails to them on May **, **** and October *, **** to cancel the order. On October *, ****, I got an email from their side that they have shipped the item by Blue Dart. I again wrote them back asking for the cancellation. They replied back by saying that I shouldn't accept the same. Now the interesting part comes. The courier guy Mr. Vishal Baghel (Mobile No. **XX****XXX) from Xpressbees has delivered the shipment at my office reception. The confusion happened as they informed that shipment will be from BlueDart. Now, when I requested him to take back the shipment, he said, he cannot do the same as the delivery has already happened. I again wrote back to the company several times (October, **, **, & **) regarding this issue and requesting them for getting the item returned. There is still no response from them. I also contacted the courier company call center and I was informed that LT Online Store has mandated that delivery has to happen and return is not possible therefore from courier company side. Today I have sent another email to them asking for getting the item returned and refund the amount. Now, I request your forum to help me out in this case and get the money refunded.
