Bharaat Gas agency - LPG cylinder fraud

Recently purchased * full LPG cylinder of Bharat Gas agency is not able to fuel the cooking gas stove. I then, took the whole set of gas stove and cylinder to nearby gas stove shop near PK commercial complex. The gas stove and regulator with pipe is working fine with the cylinder of the shop owner but there also Bharat Gas cylinder showed its impure fillings. Gas passes but no fuel to burn efficiently. I guess how many people they might have cheated like this? No one complains.
