INDIAN GASS - LPG ACCIDENT INSURANCE CLAIM

Respected Sir,
​I am writing this to report a severe gas leakage accident at my residence in Samalkha on [* February **** ]. I am a consumer of AR Agency samalkha panipat .
​Due to a sudden leakage from the cylinder, a fire broke out in which my wife, [PINKI W/O CHAND ], sustained serious burn injuries. She is currently hospitalized. Also, there is a significant loss of household property.
​Despite several requests, the local distributor is not cooperating and has not initiated the insurance claim process. This is a gross. Already **+ days violation of consumer rights and safety protocols.
​I request you to kindly:
​Direct the distributor/surveyor to visit the site immediately.
​Initiate the 'Public Liability Insurance' claim for medical and property loss.
I am not trust the local distributor am facing mental Truma after this incident .
​Take strict action against the distributor for their non-cooperation.
And cancel the license of distributor ship.
Such seemed irresponsible behavior from distributor.
