Loyal Tree GoLife Vacation - Loyal Tree GoLife Vacation Refund Problem

Regards to the Cancellation of Membership ID.

On **-May-**** - In Mahabaleshwar, we had a conversation & joined go-vacation membership by paying the entire amount - X, XX, XXX INR via ICICI Credit Card.
Due to some personal issues & medical concerns we decided to cancel the membership & requested a refund of the above amount paid. For which we directly met Branch Head on **-May-**** & upon mutual understanding & discussion we have handed-over the in written cancellation letter.
From that day onwards, we were in touch with Branch Head & after a few discussions, he confirmed by **-Jun-**** (or) **-Jun-****, my amount would be refunded to the same credit card payment.
Its already days passing & almost **+ days. & still No refund of the amount happened & my credit card bill due date lasted & we are supposed to pay an interest amount for late payment.
I been trying to call Branch Head of Mahabaleshwar, but we see our calls are not attending and rejecting from few days.
We are waiting for few more days, meanwhile we are collecting all documents, phone call histories, mail communications & planning to raise consumer complaint with our uncle who is a Lawyer to fasten this.
