Vikas Jaiswal filed complaint against Lenovo Type Laptop ThinkPad on Jan 8, 2021
I have purchased * Lenovo E** (Type **RA, **RB) Laptop (ThinkPad) on **-**-**** for my official purpose. Later found the issue in all three laptops, So I raised the complaint request with the Lenovo premium support team to send their engineer for diagnosing the system for hardware issue and replace the systems with the new one but they are not responding even after doing numerous follow-up call with a support team member.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
