I order two customized cases from DailyObjects and provided them high resolution pics for the same, but when i received the products the pixels on it were spread and the colors were not the ones which were originally present in the image. The black case was completely dark without anything visible on it and the red case has the image spread with dirty finishing. I chose DailyObjects as they boasted a lot about their print quality and customization option or else i would have bought same kind of cases for *** each from the wholesale market. When i notifiedthem about the issue, instead of calling me they started playing on mails and asked me to send pics of the cases. After two replies they concluded that they cant help me in this case as they dont in customized cases. If they dont help then why do they show something esle in the preview mode when customizing a case and then deliver a complete different product. The response and their customer service was not at all satisfactory and i want to take this ahead. Please help me in letting it so. It may be a small case for you but this matters to me as these cases were gifts i was going to give and now its just lying in my bags. Please help. Thank you
