I purchased boAt Airdopes *** Pro (Mocha Elegance) online for ₹***.
From the first use, the sound output is very low, and I have to keep the volume at maximum to hear properly. Within **–** minutes of use, I experience ear discomfort and headache, making the product not usable for normal listening or watching movies.
I contacted boAt customer support, but they stated that only same-model exchange is possible and refused refund or a different model, despite my discomfort.
I have already registered a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline (Grievance No. *******). I am requesting a refund or an upgrade to a different model with better sound quality.
I request fair resolution of this issue.
