Sari bhandar - Low quality worst product delivered

The * products promised was Lenin sarees worth **** each from their eshopping website . https://saribhandar.com
But the product delivered was ***-*** rupees cheap material product which wasn't a lenin cloth as described . I have raised a mail given by them complaining about the same within ** hrs of receiving the product and haven't got any response and the Contact number given isn't responding. I want to return the product and need a refund amount for non-satisfacfory and fraud service provided by them .
I have also found many people complaining about the same in various forums and realised the website owners are into dubious services and not answering after delivering product.
Please do the needful.
