lachicpick in - Low quality products

I saw this clothing shop page on instagram with name lachicpickig. In that page, the reviews and all look so real you will think its a legit page. I placed an order on their website lachicpick.in of ****rs . In this website they wrote they have a return policy where we could return items by dming them in instagram the order id. So when my order came, I was so devastated to see how these clothes quality were so poor. I ordered * items and * of them didn't had any tags on it and all of them looked so old and ragged . I messaged them in instagram that * of them do not have any tags and also quality were pathetic. But I get no replies. I messaged them alot then later they replied me that message only once because they have other customers. And then told me they never send any goods without tags . I asked them for * * days to initiate returns. But they were completely ignoring me and took eternity to reply me And then I was loosing my hopes too to get my money back. Later I got angry and messaged them I am going to have a FIR on their page and they replied really fast that do whatever you want ,this is not in our policy ,fuck off .And then they blocked me in instagram. If this is how they keep on scamming people we cannot do anything. Facebook and Instagram have no rule nothing to protect customers and take actions against this scammmers. Thats why they keep on making people fools and earning money by scamming.
