Sub : - Complain for faulty machine from lenevo laptop SWB******** IFLEX -*
This is regarding my laptop flex * with serial number SWB******** and registered mobile number ********** in the name of Mohit Gupta.
I have purchased this laptop with * years warranty but never used it much as I was having anoter computer which was user more often and after * years when I started using the laptop then there were some issue arrised for which I have visited there service center and every time they have given me a new timeline to submit my laptop as they were not having any parts for repair and it would just be lying with them so it's better to submit the laptop only at the time of parts availability.
Finally I have submitted the laptop to the service team to get the same repaired but they have kept my laptop for a month for the issue the parts and every time they have given me a new timeline for which I have to take leave from office and travel *** kms both ways to take the delivery of my laptop but when the laptop was given to me it was working fine at that time but it was a temporary arrangement to get rid of the customer as we are not computer expert and just after one day my laptop stopped working and a new problem arrised which was never before as the company officials have replaced the hardware with the duplicate windows and hardware and when complained the company they have misrepresented the facts that the problem is with windows and they don't support operating system and asked me to pay Rs.**,*** for new windows which was intentially deleted by them during repair.
After exchanging multiple mails they have denied to resolve the issue of the Windows which was actually not the fact and it was the hardware issue with the laptop which they have changed and they insisted me to visit the service center again which is *** kms from my residence for which again I have taken a leave from the company and submitted my laptop and now they have kept my laptop and not able to repair the same since last ** days
All these activity is just done so my warranty period lapses and I don't claim the same free of cost and pay to the team for repair.
Instance for the report is as under : -
Sine monhs I was facing issues with my laptop for the screen where aftre working for ** minutes my screen goes away and I have do many shut down to swich it on.
*. I visited ur service center and durig that time it star working so there ws no service request tagged.
*. Second time I have complained for my pirated windows installed in my laptop rather I have buyed a new laptop with original windows *.* and no support was been given to me and asked me to take a back up of my own and leave the laptop to the service centre to get it installed.
*. Third time I visited to the service center to for USB ,keypad and windows issue and ur team ave guided me to change over the same but I cannot leave the laptop for * week I took it back.
*. Fourth time I left the laptop for * days as promiced by your service team to get the problem resolved but it tool * month for the product to come and * times a new timeline was been provided to me and I have to visit our office * more times.
*. Finally i was assured that my laptop is repaired and there are few of my amaged products which are bein changed like keypad, motherboard, usb port and original windows ** is been installed.
*. When I have started working on laptop the same probled persists again and laptop get switched on but there is nothing on the screen as the windows installed was not correct and it was corrupted.
I have multiple times contacted your service team and they have guided me to get my windows installed in my laptop and thereafter wheneven they will take my machine on remote they will check and resolve the issues.
