Crocs literide - Low Quality Product

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your attention the poor quality of a Crocs Literide footwear for kids purchased on **-**-****.

Within just one month of purchase, I noticed that some areas where glue was applied had started coming off from the sole portion. As it was a small area at that time, I attempted a minor external repair on my own.

However, after six months of normal usage, the entire glued portion has completely separated from the sole, making the footwear totally unwearable. This clearly indicates a serious manufacturing or material quality issue, especially considering Crocs is a reputed brand known for durability.

It is very disappointing that a kids’ footwear of this brand has failed structurally in such a short period. A product of this price and brand standard is expected to last much longer under normal use.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, at the earliest. I am ready to provide the purchase bill, product photos, and any other details required.
