I had placed an order on **.**.**** and got it on **.**.****. But it was a completely different product. So I went to return it but I was unable to do it online myself. I have already written emails to the company but no response. So I emailed the vendor website and also called but neither my calls were answered nor the mails. I have informed through whats app also but no reply.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
