Placed order after looking at vibrant pictures. Before ordering had asked each and every detail of the dress. Even asked return policy on which I was informed , I need to drop message on facebook messenger and it will be picked up for return. Refund will be intimated in * days after return. I deliberately chose COD option thinking wat If money is gone and no product is received. The person on fb was quite courteous then and took order on COD even in these covid times. I received parcel, paid through gpay and to my suprise when I opened the pack the product looked completed different than I saw. Quality was poor, stiches were weak and had dirt stains. Immediately I dropped msg for return and since then he has stopped replying and blocked me as well. On fb his account name is Viraj ingle. When I contacted him through fb , viraj is telling me his account is hacked * months ago and since then he is receiving calls from ppl complaining on dresses.
