Stribhava - Low quality item received

I ordered a product from Stribhava (Order no- #****) of Rs.****. I received the product on ** Feb ****. This was the COD delivery. I want to return the product and want my money back as the quality of the product is not up to mark. I called so many times on customer care number ********** but it has been switched off. Kindly help us to return my product and issue the refund process as soon as possible.
